SACM100-P Transparentes Plattengewebe (100 g/m²)
SACM100-P TRANSLUCENT PANEL TISSUE (100g/m²)
85%+ Light Clarity. Stops UV Fiber Bloom.
SAXOBRAN® ur team designed SACM100-P because we saw skylight panel makers toss out yellowed, hazy sheets every week. We found that poor glass binders leave white fiber shadows and trap micro-bubbles, cutting light transmission. SACM100-P uses a thin, high-clarity 100g/m² glass strand layout that wets out fast to keep your greenhouse panels crystal clear and stop fiber bloom.
Industrial Pain Points Solved
Low Light Transmission & Hazy Panels
Heavy or uneven glass veils create cloudy white streaks across transparent roofing sheets. Sunlight drops below target levels, leading to greenhouse crop failure and batch rejections.
We align thin, high-clarity 100g/m² E-glass strands with a invisible acrylic binder. It lets over 85% of natural light pass through while hiding glass fiber patterns.
UV Yellowing and Fiber Bloom
Outdoor sunlight breaks down cheap resin surface layers in months. Roving fibers pop out on top, catch dirt, and turn panels yellow and brittle.
Locks resin directly on the top face to create a smooth UV-resistant barrier. It stops fiber popping and extends panel outdoor life beyond 10 years.
Engineered Characteristics
High Optical Clarity
Invisible binder dissolves fully in polyester resin so no white binder shadows ruin panel light transmission.
Fast Capillary Wet-Out
Soaks up resin in under 10 seconds on continuous sheet machines to stop air bubbles and pinholes.
Flat Sheet Lay-Flat
Feeds smoothly through heating gel ovens without wrinkling, curling, or pulling off center on guide rollers.

Processing, Packaging & Logistics Quality
1
Temperature Range
Store rolls in dry, covered rooms at 15°C to 35°C.
2
Humidity Limits
Keep relative humidity under 65% so the binder does not absorb moisture.
3
Stacking Security
Do not stack rolls more than 2 layers high to keep cardboard cores round.
Global Supply Chain Securement
Roll & Core Construction: Rolled tight on heavy-duty 3-inch inner cardboard cores to stop crushing.
Sealed Barrier Packaging: Sealed in clear, heavy PE shrink film to block moisture and sea air in transit.
Anti-Shifting Loading: Shipped on sturdy export pallets wrapped with stretch film and corner protectors.
Technical Q&A
Q: How does SACM100-P differ from standard 30g/m² surface tissues used in translucent panels?
A: Standard 30g/m² tissue is very thin and mainly stops cosmetic fiber show-through. SACM100-P at 100g/m² provides a much thicker, durable resin reservoir on the top surface. This added thickness gives double the weather resistance against harsh UV rays and heavy hail impact without cutting light clarity.
Q: How do we get the highest light transmission when running SACM100-P on continuous sheet lines?
A: Match the refractive index of your polyester resin to the E-glass fibers (around 1.54 to 1.55). Ensure your gel oven temperature allows the binder to dissolve completely before cure. Rolling out all micro-air bubbles before the sheet enters the heating zone is critical.
Q: What is the shelf life of open SACM100-P rolls in a humid factory environment?
A: Once you cut open the PE film seal, use the roll within 24 hours. If exposed ambient humidity exceeds 70%, the glass binder will take on water. This trapped moisture causes cloudiness, micro-voids, and poor resin bonding during panel cure. Keep unused rolls wrapped tightly in plastic.
